As the world population continues to grow and the world economy continues to expand, the consumption rate of fossil and gas fuel will continue to increase in tandem. It is because of the recognition that there is a limited amount of available fuel that HEAT Co., Ltd. has developed this new technology to help conserve fuel while reducing pollutive emissions.
To this end, Mr. Takon Sawasdikumtorn, our Managing Director and Head of Research and Development devised the ERS (Electrostatic Reduction System) – a technology to reduce electrostatic accumulation of air and fuel molecules before entering the combustion chamber to enhance combustion efficiency. This technology is applicable for any engine or machinery that utilizes liquid and gas fuel. The product has been tested by various private, public sector entities and the general public.

ด้วยภาวการณ์ปัจจุบัน ราคาเชื้อเพลิงมีแนวโน้มสูงขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ เนื่องจากการเพิ่มจำนวนของประชากร และการขยายตัวของเศรษฐกิจทั่วโลก ส่งผลให้ความต้องการใช้พลังงาน มีมากอย่างไม่จำกัด ในขณะที่พลังงานเชื้อเพลิงมีอยู่อย่างจำกัด จึงก่อให้เกิดแนวความคิด การใช้พลังงานให้เกิดความคุ้มค่าและประหยัด มีประสิทธิภาพ โดยไม่ก่อให้เกิดมลภาวะ ภายใต้สโลแกน “อนุรักษ์พลังงานอย่างสร้างสรรค์ ป้องกันการเกิดมลพิษ และเป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม”
โดยแนวความคิดดังกล่าวข้างต้นนี้ ทีมงานของบริษัทฯ นำโดย นายฐากร สวัสดิกำธร ได้ทำการศึกษาและวิจัยเกี่ยวกับ การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการเผาไหม้ของเชื้อเพลิง โดยได้คิดค้นระบบ ERS (Electrostatic Reducer System) : เทคโนโลยี การลดไฟฟ้าสถิตระหว่างโมเลกุล ในระบบท่ออากาศ และท่อส่งเชื้อเพลิงก่อนเข้าห้องเผาไหม้ มาพัฒนาใช้ร่วมกับ อุปกรณ์, เครื่องยนต์ และเครื่องจักรกล ที่ใช้เชื้อเพลิงเหลว และเชื้อเพลิงแก๊สเป็นผลสำเร็จ โดยมีผลการทดสอบและได้รับการรับรองประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานจากสถาบัน และหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน รวมทั้งประชาชนทั่วไป ด้วยเหตุนี้ทางทีมงานจึงก่อตั้งเป็นบริษัทขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ดังจะกล่าวในหัวข้อต่อไป
วัตถุประสงค์ของการก่อตั้งบริษัท
1. วิจัยและพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีที่มีอยู่เดิม รวมทั้งศึกษาค้นคว้าเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ เพื่อพัฒนาสินค้าและผลิตภัณฑ์ต่าง ๆ ของบริษัท ที่จะช่วยเพิ่มมูลค่า และสร้างประโยชน์ต่อภาคอุตสาหกรรม ที่มีการใช้เชื้อเพลิงเป็นหลัก ตลอดจนระบบสังคม และเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ
2. สนับสนุนผลิตภัณฑ์ ที่ประดิษฐ์และคิดค้นโดยคนไทย ให้เป็นที่ต้องการและได้รับการยอมรับ ทั้งตลาดในประเทศและตลาดต่างประเทศ
3. ผลิตและจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ ที่เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการเผาไหม้ในเชื้อเพลิงเหลว/เชื้อเพลิงแก๊ส และลดการใช้เชื้อเพลิง ซึ่งจะเป็นการช่วยลดการนำเข้าเชื้อเพลิงจากต่างประเทศ ส่งผลให้ช่วยลดการขาดดุลการค้าของประเทศด้วย
4. ดำเนินธุรกิจภายใต้แนวความคิด การอนุรักษ์พลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม
5. ประกอบธุรกิจที่ผลกำไรให้แก่หุ้นส่วนของบริษัท และสังคม
